System Requirements

If you have access to the server you want to check out, upload autosetup.php and visit it in your browser to get an automatic evaluation. It will evaluate your server before prompting for installation, and you don't have to do the installation.

Server requirements to use WSN Classifieds:

• PHP 5.1+ for the current series, PHP 4.3+ for the legacy series
• PHP either in suPHP/CGI mode or in Apache mode with the FTP extension loaded.
• MySQL
• Either fopen URL wrappers or CURL

Strong recommendations for full functionality:

• Either GD 2.0+ or ImageMagick

Additional recommendations for an optimally smooth and easy experience:

• PHP in suPHP/CGI mode
• MySQL 4.1+
• Linux or Unix

Depending on your goals, you might want:

• ffmpeg for video conversion to FLV (Flash player)
